Big week incoming for our Unity crew 🤩 here’s a sneak peek of what’s on the programme ➡️

Monday – wk 2 of our back squat cycle – 5 x 5 reps – you know it’s going to be 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️

Tuesday – we continue to build our gymnastics volume with a combination of strict strength + dynamic movement 🤸‍♂️

Wednesday – a big 4RFT with ergs, deadlifts in decreasing reps but increasing weights + push ups 🔥

Thursday – TTB play / practice – the opportunity to try a mix of drills under the guidance of our expert coaches 🤓

Friday – 🏋️‍♀️ Power clean + front squat complex building to a daily heavy AND the launch of our Olympic lifting class in the evening 🙌

Saturday – grab a buddy, lace up your shoes, it’s time for your weekly partner wod 👯‍♂️

Sunday – conditioning remains a surprise as always but you know it’s going to be sweaty and lots of fun 💦
