For the next 3 weeks Tuesday evenings will be the home of our weekly Olympic Lifting class as Fridays will be reserved for the CrossFit Open and Friday Night Lights 🪩

If you’ve ever wanted to learn or improve snatch and clean and jerk, our Oly lifting class is the one for you!

A 75 minute long session designed to break down and practice specific elements of the movements under the eye of watchful coach – see you in class! 😎
