One week on from our inaugrual (should it be annual 👀?) Liftmas comp to get us in the festive spirit 🧑🎄
We’re not sure there’s much better than spending a few hours on a Saturday morning with our pals, lifting weights and cheering each other on 🤩
We benched, we squatted, we deadlifted, we hit PBs, we set ourselves targets for next year, we laughed, we danced and most of all we had loads of fun 🥳
👏 Shoutout to Coach for making it all happen and to the one and only for her time, energy, equipment loan and keen judging eye 👀
