Every time you pick something up off the floor be it your shopping, your child, a heavy box – itโs a deadlift! ๐คฏ

โ Where to look ๐ (this is more important than you might think)
โ How to breathe and how to brace
โ How different body types might have to approach the lift differently based on their anatomy.
