That’s a wrap on the first term back at CrossFit Kids after the festive break 🤩
This term we welcomed two new CrossFit Kids members who have hit the ground running!
Our focus this term was on dumbbell movements at age-appropriate weights and all the important elements like having strong cores and doing our mobility to prepare us for those movements.
We also worked on our pull up progressions, building on the gymnastics focus from the previous block – we’ve got some strong little shoulders in our classes!
