At CrossFit, failing is very much part of our sport. We frequently push ourselves to try to find out what our limits are. We raise the bar, we push harder, we find new limits.
We learn new skills. We get better at them. We move on to more complex skills, they’re hard, we fail a bunch of times and yet we keep on trying.
The beauty of CrossFit is that there is always something to improve! 🚀
We can move faster, more efficiently, lift heavier, be more agile, recover quicker, learn new skills…the list goes on 📝
What’s even better is that at Unity failure isn’t seen as a bad thing ❌It’s very much par for the course.
This is a safe space 🏠to try new things, to find your limits and then challenge them.
You won’t be judged if you can’t do something, you’ll be commended for trying.
You’ll be encouraged to keep going. And you’ll get the loudest cheer when that failure becomes success 🏆
