‼️CrossFit is too intense ‼️**

** Said someone who didn’t understand what CrossFit or CrossFit programming is all about **

CrossFit is all about longevity ➡️ being able to do the sport for a long time, prioritising health and striving to avoid injury and illness. 🏥That cannot be achieved by training at 10/10 effort levels everyday, which is why we don’t programme that way 🙅🏻‍♀️

Our aim is to make you better – fitter, healthier, stronger, faster, more mobile, more agile, more powerful – not to break you⚠️

So while there may be some days where you absolutely empty the tank ⛽️ this is not an everyday occurrence!! Most days we work at a level which challenges you but doesn’t encourage huge levels of fatigue you can’t recover from 😴

Because being able to recover to perform your best for the next session is crucial for progress 📈
