Our very own is currently sitting in 6th position, well inside the top 10 for females in her age category in the 2026 CrossFit open 🤩
While we are so proud of Sue we aren’t terribly surprised because she has been putting in the work consistently and her placing is thoroughly deserved 🥇
When Sue found out about her placing she said “there’s always room to improve” 💥 and given that she is in her 70s and still hitting PBs we have no doubt that she’s right 🏆 🚀🙌
