In CrossFit we are always pursuing a specific stimulus which varies day by day and the goal is for the session to “feel” the same for each athlete. It should be equally challenging and fatiguing regardless of experience or fitness level which is why we tailor each session to the individual.
At Unity, every workout can be modified by our experienced coaches based on fitness capacity, technical ability or even injuries, to hit the intended stimulus for the day.
