We LOVE a strength cycle at Unity and it’s fair to say our lot absolutely crushed our recent 1RM deadlift cycle 💥💥💥

We saw PBs galore 🥳 but most importantly we spent 8 weeks developing the hinge pattern and building foundational strength which will serve us very well in everyday life 🙌

Strong lats ✅ Strong core ✅ Strong glutes ✅ Strong hamstrings ✅ Increased grip strength ✅ What’s not to love?!

Wondering what’s up next for the team? 🤔 We have a couple of Monday’s worth of “classic” CrossFit style wods then we commence a 4 week Dumbbell based strength superset on Monday 25 August working on both hinge and unilateral leg strength 👀 We leave no stone unturned… 🔥
