SORRY‼️ We’re not quite sure we can do our recent back squat cycle justice in one reel 🤯

Our cycle started with testing our 1RM (one heavy single rep) and finished with testing again. Each week in between had structured programming with specific sets and reps delivered by our expert trainers. Fair to say some of the improvements were HUGE!!

Not only did we see PBs in the region of 25kg ⚠️ (we’re not even joking!) we saw increased confidence, improved range of motion and control and a really supportive community coming together to cheer one another on 😍
