Monday: 🦵will be cooked ➡️ Strength – Bulgarian split squats + DB RDLs + pairs wod 👯 = Calories 🚲 + wall ball lunge complex 🌶️
Tuesday: gymnastics push / pull EMOM 🤸♂️
Wednesday: Back squat heavy 3️⃣ + pairs wod 👫 = Rowing 🚣 + burpees + KB swings
Thursday: Upper body strength work for quality 💪
Friday: 5RFT in pairs 👯 Snatches 🏋️♀️ TTB + squats
Saturday: Partner wod 👫 ft sandbag over shoulder, weighted carries, echo 🚲 and DB snatches
