In May’s meet the member we say hello to Ian more affectionately known as “Clarky” to all his pals!
Ian has been doing CrossFit for a number of years and embodies so much of what CrossFit is about 💙
Ian is the first person to say hello to a new face in the box, is always bringing people together, organising social events outside the box and it’s hard to find him without a smile on his face even during tough workouts! 😆
Ian’s energy and enthusiasm are infectious and we are so glad to have him as part of our rich community 💙
