The deadlift is one of the 9 fundamental movements we coach in CrossFit and for very good reason πŸ€“

Every time we pick up something from the floor we are performing a deadlift (even if we don’t think about it) and so we teach you how to do it safely! πŸ’ͺ

The deadlift is a great all rounder – it works so many different areas of the body such as the core, posterior chain including glutes and hamstrings, the lats and it develops grip strength πŸ™Œ What’s not to love?!
