This month we hear from one of our lovely members who tells us the part that CrossFit plays in his life and what keeps him coming back to Unity ☺️
Neil tells us that these days he looks forward to getting to train alongside his friends at Unity and that for him is a huge win 🏆
Anyone who has met Neil will know he epitomises what Unity is about 💙 He is always the first to ask how you’re doing; he genuinely cares for his fellow members and we’re very grateful to have him at Unity 🥰
His energy in classes is in abundance, whether it’s loud clapping and cheering 📣, showing huge support for other members or the witty banter he injects into classes he’s a true asset to our community 🫶
